Day-of Coordination

Regular price $800Introductory price $400

You planned it. We make sure it runs smoothly.

  • Up to 8 hours on your wedding day (plus 1 hour for rehearsal, pending schedule availability)
  • Up to two phone/video conferences beforehand
  • Unlimited chat coverage

What we do

  • Become the primary vendor contact
  • Confirm vendors arrive
  • Direct vendors where they need to go
  • Keep the wedding party on schedule
  • Line up and cue the ceremony
  • Coordinate with DJ/MC, photographer and catering
  • Manage reception events and timeline
  • Troubleshoot problems
  • Direct guests when necessary
  • Coordinate the exit
  • Carry an emergency kit

Full decorating is not included; last-minute adjustments are fine. Rehearsals beyond the travel allowance carry an extra cost.

Day-of Coordination with Setup

Everything in Day-of Coordination, plus help setting up.

  • Up to 10 hours on your wedding day, including 2 hours of morning setup (plus 1 hour for rehearsal, pending schedule availability)
  • Up to three phone/video conferences beforehand
  • Unlimited chat coverage

  • Everything in Day-of Coordination
  • Two hours morning-of setup (part of your 10 hours)
  • Setup can move to rehearsal day if our schedules align with the venue

Rehearsals beyond the travel allowance carry an extra cost.

  • Venue walkthrough

    We walk through a potential venue with you and go through a checklist of questions to ask, with your vision in mind. Travel fee may apply.

  • Timeline creation

    Usually done with your photographer. If you're not having one, or they aren't building your timeline, we'll create a custom timeline so your day runs smoothly and everyone (wedding party, guests and vendors) knows what to expect.

  • Ceremony-only coordination

    1–2 hours. Having an elopement or intimate ceremony? This may be the right fit.

  • Second location fee

    If your ceremony and reception are at separate locations, a travel fee may apply.

    We pack your personal décor and belongings into labeled containers you provide. We'll go over a list of items together before the wedding. This can include:

    • Cake topper
    • Personal centerpieces

    • Leftover favors
